Meet Remy
Remberto "Remy" Gomez was born and raised in Tomah, Wisconsin. He graduated Tomah High School in 2000 and attended the University of Minnesota - Rochester for one semester, where he studied business management.

He is the proud father of three children, and he lives in Tomah with his girlfriend of 15 years, Kayla Giraud. He works as an account manager.
​
Remy has a long history of public service. He was a member of the Tomah Common Council, where he served on the Planning Commission, the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Committee, the Long Range Planning Committee, and the Housing Committee.
Since 2020, he has been a member of the Monroe County Board of Supervisors, representing District 13. As supervisor, he is chair of the Property & Maintenance Committee, and a member of both the Public Safety & Justice Coordinating Committee (PSJCC) and the Solid Waste Committee.

He was a candidate for Tomah mayor in 2022.
